GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Southwestern University Men's Soccer played on Friday, October 4th against Austin College up in Sherman, Texas where the Pirates beat the Roos 3-2. 

GAME HIGHLIGHTS

• Luca Cipleu found the back of the net in the 59th minute to put the Pirates on the board

• Sophomore Lucas Marino scored in the 62nd minute to give the Pirates the lead

• In the 88th minute, Michael Grimm secured the Pirates win by making the game winning goal from a free kick

GAME NOTES

• Cooper Pero received a red card early in the second half, requiring the Pirates to play with only 10 players for the rest of the game

• Two assists were made on the night, those being by Greyson Pinto and Raghav Sharma
