GEORGETOWN, Texas – Texas Lutheran used three goals in the final 32 minutes to defeat Southwestern 5-2 in their final home match of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Texas Lutheran's David Ching was sizzling at the start of the game, scoring two goals in less than eight minutes to put the Bulldogs on top 2-0 through the first half.
• Michael Olivares took the reins for Southwestern and tied the match with two goals within four minutes of each other to open the second half.
• Ching scored again five minutes later to put TLU back on top and kicked off the final run as Alejandro Martinez and Isaac Lopez scored to arrive at the 5-0 final.

UP NEXT

Southwestern falls to 6-13 on the year and 6-8 in the SCAC after the loss. They sit in fifth place in the conference heading into the SCAC Championship hosted by Colorado College.
