Jordan McClure-Williams is entering her fourth year at Southwestern University and her second year as Associate Director of Athletic Marketing & Communications.

In her current role, McClure-Williams oversees 11 of the university’s 20 varsity programs. Her responsibilities include managing game-day operations, producing written and digital content, maintaining statistical records, coordinating media relations, and elevating the visibility of Southwestern Athletics through strategic marketing, storytelling, and brand management across multiple platforms.

Prior to transitioning into athletic communications, McClure-Williams spent two seasons as the assistant men’s and women’s golf coach at Southwestern. During her time on the coaching staff, McClure-Williams helped guide the Pirates to consistent success on the course, including numerous top-five finishes and multiple tournament victories.

On the women’s side, she played a key role in the program’s rise, helping the Pirates record 14 top-five finishes, including two runner-up finishes at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Championships. She also helped lead the women’s team to the highest finish in program history at the Jekyll Island Invitational, placing eighth overall, while one Pirate earned a fifth-place individual finish among a field of 120 competitors. Additionally, she helped develop two Freshman of the Year honorees, ten WGCA Scholar All-Americans, three First Team All-SCAC selections, and three Second Team All-SCAC selections.

With the men’s program, McClure-Williams contributed to nine top-five finishes, three of which resulted in tournament victories. Her work also aided in the development of an individual national qualifier, six Cobalt Golf Scholar All-Americans, and one PING All-Region honoree.

McClure-Williams earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Sterling College in 2020 before continuing her education at the University of Tennessee–Knoxville, where she completed a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior.
