Davies joins the Pirates staff ahead of the 2026 men's lacrosse season, specializing with defense and goalies. Davies has excelled in his playing career, coaching, and recruiting.
The native of Austin recently spent time as a goalies coach, defensive assistant, and recruiting coordinator at Culver Military Academy in Culver, Indiana. The academy is the number one high school program in the country, coaching and recruiting elite talent. Davies helped multiple Goalies and Defensemen reach NCAA Division I schools, along with achieving All-American status.Â
Davies also spent time on the club level with various lacrosse teams such as the Mesa Fresh in Philadelphia and the Lonestars LC in Austin.Â
In his playing career, Davies graduated from Roanoke College where he was a four-year starting Goalie. In fact, Davies achieved Second Team All-American in 2017 and First Team All-American in 2018. Davies was named NCAA Divison III Goalie of the Year in 2018.Â
