Williams posted the fastest time for the Pirates in the 800 with a time of 1:59.26 to open the season at the Tarleton State Invitational and was a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished in second place with a season-best time of 3:27.79 to earn All-SCAC honors. Williams was named the SCAC Track Athlete of the Week during the second week of the season. 


Williams posted a season best in the 1500 (4:14.19) at Incarnate Word, 800 (1:57.20) at Texas State and was a member of the 4x400 relay team that earned All-SCAC honors with a season best time of 3:23.87 at the SCAC Championships. He was also a member of the SCAC Academic Honor Roll. 

2012 (First-year)

Williams placed 5th in his first ever 3000m Steeplechase at the Trinity Alumni Classic, with a 10:20.39. At the SCAC Championships, Paden finished 9th in the 800 running a 2:01.46 and 12th in the 1500 with a time of 4:11.43. He was also a member of the men's soccer and cross country teams. 

High School

Paden earned varsity letters in football, soccer, cross country, and track while playing for the Tigers.  Paden was selected to the All-State Academic Elite teams for football and cross country.  He was also a member of the state semi-finalist soccer team.


Paden is the son of Stewart and Becky and has two siblings, Brady and Tucker.  Paden is majoring in physics at Southwestern.
