Martinez, Myers Announced as SCAC All-Sportsmanship Team Members

SUWANEE, Ga. – The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) today announced its fourth annual Men's & Women's Track & Field All-Sportsmanship teams. Twenty-two men's and women's track & field student-athletes were selected to the 2012 squad including Southwestern's Sam Martinez (pictured, left) and Kelly Myers (pictured, right).

The SCAC places a special emphasis on sportsmanship each year – asking all fans of the conference to exhibit good sportsmanship at all conference functions throughout the 2011-2012 season. Read the SCAC Presidents' Council statement on Fan Sportsmanship.

Each coach was asked to elect one member from their men's team and women's team who displayed good sportsmanship throughout the season.
